April 8 Hearing Anticipated on Boat Operator Certification Bill

It is anticipated that the RBOC-supported SB 941 [Monning-DeSaulnier] to phase-in a boat operator certification requirement will be heard in the Senate Committee on Natural Resources on April 8.
