RBOC is again co-hosting this year's California Boating Congress that kicks-off on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 28, 2026 with policy sessions and networking opportunities for attendees. On Wednesday, April 29, 2026 attendees will hear from state legislators and top regulators on issues such as abandoned vessels (SAVE program), Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS), Golden Mussel infestation, along with top legislative priorities for California's boating and waterways collective industries. Speakers include the Co-Chairs of the California Legislative Outdoor Sporting Caucus and a national economic outlook on the impact of boating and waterways.
